This KDC Premier Collection training facility is situated in the heart of Chicago amid many of the city's popular attractions, hotels, and restaurants. The facility is an easy drive from both Chicago O'Hare Airport and Midway Airport, and it's also accessible via the city's rapid rail system.
The Chicago (Downtown) learning center is comprised of eight modern classrooms, providing customers with a wide range of flexible training options and student capacities from 12 to 21. Technologies in use include the latest computer learning tools and high-speed Internet connections that, along with an array of student conveniences and support services, ensure an optimal training environment. The facility is operated in conjunction with KDC training partner Jack Morton, a leading provider of technical training services.
DIRECTIONS
From O'Hare Airport:
- Start going toward the Airport Exit on I-190 East. Go 2.7 miles.
- Merge onto I-90 East. Go 13.3 miles.
- Take exit 51C/East Washington Blvd./100 North. Go 0.2 mile.
- Turn left on West Washington Blvd. Go 0.3 mile.
- West Washington Blvd. becomes West Washington St. Go 0.6 mile.
- Turn right on North State St.
From Midway Airport:
- Start going toward the Airport Exit. Go 0.7 mile.
- Turn right on S Cicero Avenue. Go 1.8 miles.
- Turn right onto I-55 North. Go 4.8 miles.
- Take exit 292A onto I-90 West toward Wisconsin. Go 3.2 miles.
- Take exit 51C/East Washington Blvd./100 North. Go 0.2 mile.
- Turn right on West Washington Blvd. Go 0.3 mile.
- West Washington Blvd. becomes West Washington St. Go 0.6 mile.
- Turn right on North State St.
Using Public Transportation:
- Take the Blue, Red, Orange, Purple, Green, or Brown lines.
- Exit at the Monroe/Dearborn station.
PARKING
The Macy's Department Store Parking Garage is about two blocks from the facility. Full-day rates from $16-$28.
The next nearest parking garage is Grant Park lot on Michigan & Monroe. They do not have a flat rate and rates start at approximately $12.00 for 30 minutes.
TRANSPORTATION
CATERING Enjoy a wide range of catering options.
Most KDC classes include complimentary light continental breakfast, beverage service throughout the day, and an afternoon snack.
An optional catered lunch is available (for an additional fee), or let students choose from several restaurants within easy walking distance.
An onsite kitchenette features a refrigerator and a microwave; there also is a drink & snack vending machine.
